Sook secures investment from Tobin Capital to expand its flexible retail spaces

Tobin Capital backs the pop up space provider in its latest funding round.

Undisclosed

Sook converts vacant retail units into flexible, digitally enabled spaces using modular fits that can be rented by the hour. The company aims to revitalise high streets by offering adaptable venues for brands, creators, and local communities.

Sook has secured investment from Tobin Capital to support its ongoing commercial development and operations. The funding comes as the sixth investment for Tobin Capital over an eighteen month period, adding to its growing portfolio of brands.

Sook operates modular spaces designed to replace traditional retail fit outs with flexible digital environments. The company enables multiple occupiers to share retail locations efficiently throughout the day, reducing overhead costs for brands and landlords alike.
