Solve Intelligence provides an artificial intelligence platform designed to automate patent drafting, prosecution, and litigation workflows for legal teams.

Solve Intelligence has secured £40m in a Series B funding round co-led by Visionaries and 20VC. The capital injection also drew participation from Thomson Reuters, Y Combinator, and Operator Collective, alongside prominent angel investors.

The company plans to deploy the fresh capital to expand its artificial intelligence capabilities and support ongoing international growth across the patent sector. This latest financing follows a £12m Series A round raised six months prior, bringing total funding to £55m alongside profitable eight-figure annual recurring revenue growth.

From the founder

Investor perspective

"The depth of their product is remarkable, and we believe Solve has a real shot at becoming the AI-native platform for intellectual property — the Copilot for IP law — powering every stage of the patent lifecycle across enterprises, law firms, and inventors globally. Solve can unify a fragmented ecosystem into one workflow and data layer that becomes the system of record for how patents are created, prosecuted, and managed"
