A sustainable fashion technology platform providing clothing repairs and alterations via a mobile application and delivery service.
Sojo, a London-based fashion technology company, has secured $2.4m in a pre-seed funding round led by CapitalT. The financing also saw participation from Ascension, Mustard Seed MAZE, Vertex, Albion Capital, and 10x10 Angel Syndicate, alongside a group of prominent individual investors.
The capital will be used to support the firm as it scales its five-person team, expands its business-to-business offerings, and rolls out its alteration services nationwide following initial trials in the capital.
Founded in 2020, the company connects users with local seamsters through an app and bicycle delivery model, aiming to reduce waste in the fashion industry by encouraging garment repair and circularity.
