Skyports secures £2.6m Series B funding led by ST Engineering Ventures
The final close of the Series B round brings total funding to $26.1m with backing from ST Engineering Ventures.
Skyports owns and operates vertiport infrastructure and provides electric drone services across global markets. The company bridges the gap between ground and sky through its specialised infrastructure and uncrewed aviation divisions.
Skyports has secured £2.6m in the final close of its Series B funding round, bringing total capital raised in the round to $26.1m. The investment was led by ST Engineering Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of ST Engineering, building on an existing operational partnership between the two companies in Singapore. Additional participants in the round include Kanematsu Corporation, Goodman Group, 2i Aeroporti, and GreenPoint.
The newly acquired capital will support the company as it advances its vertiport infrastructure and expands its drone services operations internationally. The final close highlights steady backing from major industrial and aviation players across Asia, Europe, and the United States as the advanced air mobility market matures.
