London-based Sküma Water has secured £300k in a pre-seed funding round led by Jenson Funding Partners, alongside participation from angel investors including William Ripley.
The capital will be used to build the company direct-to-consumer sales pipeline and extend its manufacturing capacity, alongside exploring business-to-business avenues such as partnerships with a Premier League football club and London gyms.
Founded in 2020, the firm produces a reverse osmosis filtration system designed to minimise water waste while offering customisable mineral infusions as an alternative to single-use bottled beverages.
From the founder

Investor perspective
"As an angel investor, it’s important for me to invest in companies that I believe are making a difference in the way that we live our daily lives. Sküma Water benefits not just us, but the planet too. It’s clear that this goal is central to what Alexandre, Georges, and Tony have created and this is what drew me in as an investor."
