Skin Analytics raises £15m in Series B funding led by Intrepid Growth Partners to expand its AI dermatology technology globally.
The Series B round was led by Intrepid Growth Partners and will support international expansion and product development.
Skin Analytics is a British healthtech company that develops autonomous AI medical devices for skin cancer detection. Its technology is deployed across multiple NHS sites to triage referrals and alleviate specialist shortages.
Skin Analytics has secured £15m in Series B funding to accelerate its international expansion and broaden its dermatology product range. The round was led by specialist AI investor Intrepid Growth Partners.
The capital will support the company as it scales its operations into the US market and other key regions facing acute shortages of dermatologists. Skin Analytics has already established a significant presence in the UK, where its DERM software is deployed across numerous NHS sites to process urgent referrals and ease pressure on healthcare systems.
Following recent regulatory approval for its Class III CE mark in the EU, the firm aims to deploy its technology globally. The funding will also be directed towards recruiting top-tier talent in artificial intelligence and healthcare to support its continued growth.
