Singletrack provides client engagement, research management and analytics platforms purpose built for capital markets. The company operates globally, helping sell and buy side clients maximise revenue and efficiency.
Singletrack has secured a Series A investment from private equity firm Accel-KKR. The funding will support the company as it accelerates its international expansion and pursues strategic mergers and acquisitions.
Founded in 2009 by industry veterans, the company provides specialist customer relationship management and analytics tools tailored for the capital markets sector. Its platform serves both buy and sell side institutions across dozens of countries.
Accel-KKR backed the round through its Emerging Buyout Partners fund. The partnership aims to build on Singletrack's position in the financial technology sector as market complexity increases.
