Signifier Medical Technologies raises £7.7m in a Series C round led by Alan Howard to advance sleep disorder treatments

Signifier Medical Technologies is a medical technology company that develops patient-friendly therapies for sleep-disordered breathing. Founded in 2015, the firm provides non-invasive solutions to address the root causes of conditions such as obstructive sleep apnoea and primary snoring.
Signifier Medical Technologies has secured £7.7m in a Series C funding round led by Alan Howard. The financing also drew participation from James Blair and existing backer The Pritzker Organization.
The capital will support the company as it scales operations and infrastructure for the global commercial rollout of its non-invasive neurostimulation devices designed to treat snoring and mild sleep apnea.
