Signal AI secures £122.4m from Battery Ventures to expand risk intelligence platform
Battery Ventures led the growth equity round to acquire a majority stake in the London-based enterprise intelligence firm.
Signal AI provides a global risk and reputation intelligence platform powered by artificial intelligence. The company helps enterprises track emerging threats and manage corporate risk.
Signal AI has secured £122.4m in a growth equity investment led by Battery Ventures, giving the firm a majority stake in the business. Existing backers Highland Europe, Mercuri, and MMC Ventures will retain minority holdings following the transaction.
Founded in London, the company applies artificial intelligence to unstructured data to help corporate executives monitor regulatory, cyber, and supply chain risks. The fresh capital will be deployed to fund strategic acquisitions, advance product development, and expand operations across the United States and the EMEA region.
The deal is anticipated to complete in the final quarter of 2025, pending customary closing conditions. Evercore acted as the exclusive financial adviser to Signal AI, with legal counsel provided by Wilson Sonsini.
