Shopblocks has secured £1m in a seed follow-on funding round led by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority alongside private investors. The capital will be deployed to support team expansion as the company grows its presence in the UK, US, and Australia.

The Manchester-based firm has experienced rapid revenue growth and increased transaction volumes through its ecommerce platform. Management intends to use the injection of funds to scale operations and establish round-the-clock global support.
