Shop Circle has secured £96.3m in a Series A financing round combining equity and debt. The investment was led by 645 Ventures and 3VC, with participation from previous backers QED Investors and NfX, alongside a credit facility provided by i80 Group.
The company reports strong annual growth driven by its expanding collection of e-commerce enablement tools. Funds will support ongoing product development as the firm builds out its proprietary artificial intelligence applications and technology stack consultation programmes for online merchants.
The business currently serves more than 100,000 brands globally, drawing on a leadership team with experience across major technology firms. The fresh capital aims to accelerate scaling efforts and expand the reach of its merchant platform.
