Shop Circle is an artificial intelligence powered software platform that acquires and scales business to business software companies across Europe and North America.
Shop Circle has secured a one hundred million dollar credit facility from i80 Group to accelerate its software acquisition strategy. The financing will support the platform in executing multiple deals across Europe and North America as part of its ongoing buy and build roadmap. The latest capital injection follows the company Series B announced earlier in the year and provides additional flexibility to scale operations without relying on traditional private equity cycles. Shop Circle intends to deploy the funds to acquire profitable software businesses and embed intelligent automation into their shared workflows.
