Shackle raises £12m in Series A funding led by Silverstripe to expand its hotel digitisation platform.
Silverstripe led the Series A round with participation from Frontline Ventures, Guillaume Pousaz, and Brad Bao.
Shackle operates a guest-centred platform that digitalises the hotel journey from pre-arrival to checkout. The technology integrates with existing hotel systems to streamline operations and transactions.
Shackle has secured £12m in a Series A funding round led by Silverstripe Investment Management. Additional participation came from Frontline Ventures, Zinal Growth founder Guillaume Pousaz, and Lime founder Brad Bao. The capital will support the company as it scales its hotel guest journey digitisation platform internationally.
Founded in 2020 by Mark Abraham, the London-based business offers hotels a centralised solution to manage check-ins, room access, and payments. The platform aims to reduce administrative friction and improve revenue management for hoteliers across multiple regions, including the UK, United States, and United Arab Emirates.
