Sessions is a UK startup that supports independent food talent by providing a cross-channel platform spanning virtual and physical retail spaces. The company operates Shelter Hall in Brighton and partners with various culinary brands across the country.

Sessions has raised £7.4m in a Series A financing round led by Guinness Asset Management, with additional participation from Jon Moulton's private investment vehicle via Perscitus LLP. The company will direct the capital towards expanding its team and scaling operations by partnering with additional chefs and opening more kitchens.

Founded in 2020, the platform helps culinary entrepreneurs grow their brands across physical and virtual spaces. The fresh capital supports plans to open two new food halls this year and launch Sessions Studio to provide culinary support to aspiring founders.
