Sedna secures £32.7m led by Insight Partners to advance its maritime communication platform

London-based communication platform Sedna has secured £32.7m in new investment led by Insight Partners, with participation from existing backer GK Goh Ventures. The capital will be directed towards product development, including the introduction of new artificial intelligence features and data science tools. Additional funds will support the establishment of new partnerships to integrate email inboxes with existing enterprise systems.
Founded in 2017, the company offers a digital workspace aimed at addressing inbox overload and fragmented operations in the shipping industry. Its platform is currently utilised by thousands of logistics professionals across various international firms. This latest injection of capital follows previous funding rounds backed by investors such as Stride, Chalfen Ventures and SAP.iO.
