ScribePro secures a six-figure investment from Steven Naismith to advance its sports medical platform
The former Scotland footballer has backed the medical app and will also assume an ambassadorial role with the company.
ScribePro provides a digital medical management platform that records real time interactions between athletes and clinicians. The software is utilised by national sports associations across football, rugby, and cricket.
Former Scotland international footballer Steven Naismith has invested a six-figure sum into Glasgow-based sports-tech platform ScribePro. Alongside his financial backing, Naismith will take on an ambassadorial role and consult on future technology development, leveraging his experience as a player and manager.
The capital will support ScribePro in pursuing its growth strategy, which includes expanding market share and developing new platform features. The company recently increased its full-time staff and relocated to central Glasgow offices following a period of expansion.
ScribePro counts numerous national associations across football, rugby, and cricket among its client base. The platform has also been deployed for major international tournaments including the FIFA Club World Cup.
