Scan.com secures £9.7m Series A funding led by Aviva Ventures, YZR Capital, Oxford Capital, Triple Point Ventures and Simplyhealth Ventures to scale US operations.

The investment round was co-led by Aviva Ventures, YZR Capital, Oxford Capital, Triple Point Ventures and Simplyhealth Ventures to fund US expansion and new product development.
Scan.com operates a digital diagnostic imaging platform connecting patients and referrers with scanning facilities. The company provides infrastructure to streamline access to medical scans such as MRI and CT.
Diagnostic imaging platform Scan.com has secured a £9.7m Series A investment to scale its presence in the United States and develop bespoke products for insurance pathways in the UK. The round was co-led by Aviva Ventures, YZR Capital, Oxford Capital, Triple Point Ventures and Simplyhealth Ventures, with backing from Forefront Venture Partners.
The capital will support the company as it expands into five new US states and secures contracts with enterprise payers. Following a pilot in Atlanta, the business aims to establish itself as a primary infrastructure provider across the medical imaging market.
This follows previous funding rounds, including a seed round in 2021 and an extension in 2022. The company now employs a team of 30 staff across operations in the United Kingdom and the United States.
