ScaleUp Capital leads the Series A investment to accelerate team expansion and digital development.
Sanctus provides proactive mental health support through individual coaching for employees in the workplace. The company partners with organisations to normalise conversations around well-being and personal development.
Sanctus has secured £4.3m in a Series A funding round led by ScaleUp Capital, with advisory support from PWC Ventures. The capital will be deployed to accelerate recruitment across headquarters and coaching teams, alongside digital and community initiatives.
The business has experienced two consecutive years of record growth, delivering over 9,000 workplace coaching sessions in 2021 alone. The fresh injection of funds coincides with the firm pursuing B-corp certification and expanding its client base of over 100 corporate partners.
From the founder
"Since 2016 we’ve done a lot with relatively little investment, steadily building a strong foundation of incredible partners and world class coaches. I’m so proud of what we’ve done to pioneer a real movement around workplace well-being and now is the right time for us to invest in amplifying our impact."

Founder at Sanctus
Investor perspective
"We’re excited to be supporting Sanctus on their scale-up journey. Their ‘human-first’ approach to coaching has already delivered outstanding growth, as well as impressive outcomes for their clients, and we are delighted to be part of the next chapter."
