London-based company developing Neo, an artificial intelligence team member that integrates into existing software development tools to complete complex tasks.
London-based Sagittal AI has raised £2.2m in pre-seed funding to accelerate the launch and expansion of its flagship product, Neo. The round was led by Twin Path Ventures, with participation from SineWave Ventures, Fuel Ventures, Blue Lake VC, and angel investor Husayn Kassai.
The capital will support product development across the full lifecycle, enabling engineering teams to delegate complex tasks to artificial intelligence with greater confidence. Neo functions within established platforms such as Jira and GitHub to complete assignments without requiring separate interfaces.
The company is led by experienced founders Michael Smith and José Palazon, whose backgrounds include leadership roles at major technology firms and cybersecurity expertise. Early pilots with enterprise clients, including Telefónica, have demonstrated measurable productivity gains in regulated environments.
