Sable Bio secures £1.5m in pre seed funding led by Episode 1 Ventures to scale its drug safety platform.

Sable Bio develops an artificial intelligence platform designed to help pharmaceutical companies identify safety risks early in the drug discovery process. The London-based startup provides predictive insights to reduce the risk of clinical trial failures.
Sable Bio has secured £1.5m in a pre seed funding round led by Episode 1 Ventures, with participation from Seedcamp and Siddhant Jayakumar. The capital will be directed towards expanding the team of scientists and engineers and strengthening the core technological infrastructure.
Established by former BenevolentAI researchers, the London based company builds tools to help scientists identify and mitigate safety risks during drug discovery. The fresh injection of capital aims to support the firm as it refines its data capabilities and establishes academic and commercial partnerships across the life sciences sector.
