Rungway has secured £3m in growth private equity backing from ScaleUp Capital to develop its technology and expand its reach. The company provides an employee listening platform used by enterprise clients such as UBS and Sellafield.
Alongside the capital, the business will utilise ScaleUp Capital's Scaler Programme to accelerate development. The funding arrives as companies place greater emphasis on authentic employee voice and experience following shifts in corporate culture.
