RSRCHXchange secures strategic investment from Euclid Opportunities to fund global expansion
Euclid Opportunities has taken a strategic stake in the institutional research marketplace.
RSRCHXchange operates a cloud-based marketplace and workflow solution designed to help financial institutions procure, monitor, and manage institutional research in compliance with MiFID II regulations.
RSRCHXchange has secured a strategic investment from Euclid Opportunities, the financial technology investment arm of NEX Group. The capital will be deployed to accelerate international expansion and support the company as it scales its operations.
Launched by the platform in 2014, the RSRCHX marketplace helps asset managers navigate regulatory changes under MiFID II by centralising the purchase and tracking of institutional research. The platform currently serves over 1,000 asset management firms alongside nearly 190 research providers.
Euclid Opportunities joins existing backers in supporting the business through its next phase of growth. The funding arrives as the market prepares for the implementation of research unbundling rules.
