Rouse acquires a minority stake in intellectual property platform Inngot
International IP consultancy Rouse has taken a minority stake in Inngot to forge a strategic alliance.
Inngot is a web-based platform that specialises in the identification and valuation of intellectual property and intangible assets. The company provides accessible online tools and expert services to help clients unlock the commercial potential of their assets.
International IP consultancy Rouse has acquired a minority stake in Inngot through a strategic investment and new alliance. The partnership is designed to combine Rouse's global advisory reach with Inngot's specialist digital asset valuation tools. Both firms will continue to operate independently under their existing brands.
The collaboration aims to bolster services for clients navigating tightening economic conditions by better capturing and deploying intangible asset value. Inngot has built a strong profile for its online identification systems, including its Sollomon valuation tool, which helps businesses secure growth finance.
