The investment round was led by Volution, Calculus Capital and Gresham House Ventures to support business growth and product development.
Rotageek develops cloud-based workforce scheduling software that helps multi-site businesses manage staff, forecast demand and optimise rotas. The company serves clients across the retail, hospitality and healthcare sectors.
Rotageek has secured £3m in Series A funding to scale its operations following a period of strong client acquisition. The round was led by existing backers Volution, Calculus Capital, and Gresham House Ventures. The fresh capital will be directed towards product development, sales, and marketing initiatives.
The company has experienced significant growth, signing notable retail names such as Caffè Nero and expanding its footprint within the healthcare sector by partnering with several NHS trusts. Management intends to use the injection of capital to build upon this momentum and bring its scheduling technology to a broader customer base.
