RocketPhone provides an AI-native voice processing platform designed to help businesses manage customer interactions and sales leads. The system integrates directly with Salesforce to record, transcribe and summarise communications.
RocketPhone has raised $10.5m in funding without venture capital backing to commercialise its artificial intelligence platform. The capital will support the continued development of its technology and accelerate the creation of its upcoming video analysis tool.
The business has also appointed Michael Wooldridge, professor at the University of Oxford, to its advisory board to guide product development. The latest financing follows the recent launch of RocketCell, a mobile network integration designed specifically for Salesforce users.
