Revolut is a digital financial services provider offering current accounts, payment cards, currency exchange, trading capabilities, and business banking through a single mobile application.

Revolut has finalized a secondary share sale valuing the digital finance provider at $115bn. The transaction represents a significant increase compared to its $75bn valuation recorded in November 2025 and the $45bn figure achieved in 2024.

Glade Brook Capital Partners, Coatue, Durable Capital Partners, T. Rowe Price Associates, and Baillie Gifford spearheaded the round, with participation from a broader group of existing and new international backers. The capital event follows continued international expansion, including recent banking rollouts in the UK, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand.

While the company did not disclose the precise financial volume of the share sale, the valuation mirrors metrics reported earlier in the year. Leadership has indicated that a public listing remains several years away, with the United States emerging as the preferred destination for a future flotation.
