Resurgence Novels has secured £195k in pre-seed investment from Nova Growth Capital. The funds will support the development and marketing of its serialised reading platform, which addresses author remuneration and editorial standards in the sector.
Founder Heather Mae Linton pitched the concept to Nova in January, winning backing from the Liverpool-based venture builder. The platform offers subscribers token access to stories and community features while ensuring proper compensation and editing for contributing authors.
