Reskube has secured £500k through a Crowdcube campaign to scale up international distribution and product development. The crowdfunding effort reached its goal in under six weeks following a strong year of commercial traction and industry recognition.
The company addresses vulnerabilities in remote working infrastructure caused by power cuts and network failures. Its flagship device integrates backup power and internet connectivity into a single portable unit.
The fresh capital will enable the business to target overseas markets where power supply is less reliable, including the US and South Africa.
From the founder
"We are delighted to have hit our crowdfunding target of £500,000 in under six weeks. This is a significant milestone for us. Unbroken connectivity should no longer be a luxury, but a necessity – yet for millions it remains a global postcode lottery."
