London-based REG has secured £2.4m in a Series C funding round to support its continued global expansion and bolster its sales functions. The financing comprises a £1.8m growth capital facility from Shawbrook Bank, alongside participation from existing backer Disruptive Capital Finance and founder Michael Phair.
Established in 2013, the company offers cloud-based compliance and risk management tools tailored to the insurance sector. The fresh capital will allow the firm to scale operations internationally and enhance its technology platform as it serves major clients across the market.
