Recruitment Smart has raised £2m in funding from backers including Black Finch Ventures and Aran Ventures to support its expansion in the Middle East. The capital will also be directed towards developing a specialised large language model tailored for the talent sector. The firm currently works with international clients across aviation, energy and retail.
