Recite Me secures £4.6m from BGF to drive international growth and product expansion.
BGF committed a further £4.6m to support the accessibility software provider's growth strategy.
Recite Me provides digital accessibility software that helps users overcome online barriers caused by disabilities, visual impairments, and language needs. Based in Gateshead, the business supplies assistive technology to organizations across multiple international markets.
Recite Me has secured £4.6m in follow-on funding from BGF to support its international expansion and product development. The Gateshead-based accessibility software firm plans to use the capital to broaden its offering into an end-to-end online accessibility specialist.
This latest equity investment brings BGF's total backing in the company to £8.8m. Recite Me intends to scale its reach further following a period that saw its technology assist more than 7 million users across Europe, the United States, and Australia.
