Reactive Technologies has raised £25m in a Series D funding round led by M&G, BGF, and Breakthrough Energy Ventures. EKTA Partners advised the company on the transaction. The capital will be deployed to drive international expansion and recruitment efforts as the business scales deployment of its grid measurement solutions worldwide.
The company provides GridMetrix and Tradenergy software products designed to monitor power system stability in real time, helping grid operators accommodate higher proportions of renewable energy. The latest financing arrives as demand increases for digital tools that assist with the global transition towards net-zero carbon emissions.
