The New York and London based gifting software provider will use the capital to expand internationally and enhance support.
Reachdesk provides a global intelligent gifting platform that helps businesses scale corporate gifting campaigns. The company operates software that integrates with existing technology stacks to automate and measure direct mail and present delivery.
Reachdesk has raised £4.5m in a Series A funding round led by Five Elms Capital. The company plans to direct the new capital towards international expansion across the US, Europe and Asia Pacific, alongside product innovation and enhanced customer support.
Founded in London and currently headquartered in New York, the platform has experienced rapid growth, quadrupling revenue and doubling headcount since March 2020. The increase in demand stems from sales and marketing teams seeking alternative engagement methods following reductions in business travel.
Five Elms Capital backed the round, citing the software company's straightforward execution and integration capabilities in corporate gifting.
