Quorum Cyber secures £2.7m in Series A funding led by Maven VCTs to scale operations and accelerate product innovation.

The investment from Maven VCTs and the Scottish Investment Bank will support international expansion and sales growth.

Quorum Cyber is an Edinburgh-based cybersecurity business that provides professional and managed security services to protect organisations against cyber attacks and breaches. The firm delivers a fully managed detect and response capability via its Microsoft Azure Sentinel Security Operations Centre.

Quorum Cyber has secured £2.7m in a Series A funding round led by Maven VCTs, with participation from the Scottish Investment Bank. The Edinburgh-based cybersecurity firm plans to direct the capital towards scaling its business, bolstering sales and marketing resources, and driving product innovation.

Operating in a rapidly expanding global cybersecurity market, Quorum offers managed detection and response capabilities through its Microsoft Azure Sentinel Security Operations Centre. The company intends to use the fresh investment to support its continued international expansion, building upon existing growth in regions including the Middle East, Australia, South Korea, and North America.
