Quint Group secures £16.5m financing from Natwest to refinance debt and fund acquisitions

Quint Group has secured a £16.5m revolving credit facility from Natwest. The capital will be used to refinance existing facilities with Tosca Capital and support strategic acquisitions alongside core business investments.
The financing was led by Mike Malone and Nioami Reddington at Natwest. The deal follows strong international momentum, particularly from the company subsidiary Monevo in the US.
Advisers on the transaction included Pinsent Masons for management and Addleshaw Goddard for Natwest, with financial due diligence provided by EY.
