Quantexa has secured $175m in a Series F funding round led by Teachers Venture Growth, bringing its total valuation to $2.6bn. The capital will be directed towards accelerating platform innovation, expanding operations in North America, and pursuing strategic mergers and acquisitions.
The London-headquartered decision intelligence provider recently surpassed the $100m annual recurring revenue milestone. The latest financing follows a $129m Series E round in April 2023 and coincides with growing adoption of its analytics platform across financial services and public sector markets.
Existing backers including British Patient Capital participated in the financing. Alongside the investment, Teachers Venture Growth will take a seat on the company board.
