Q-Bot has secured £350k in the initial tranche of an equity fundraising programme targeting up to £1m. The round was led and syndicated by EMV Capital Partners, with participation primarily from the company's existing shareholder base alongside the conversion of around £865k in outstanding convertible loans. The capital will support the company in executing its growth strategy following a transition to a leaner operating model.
