Q-Bot raises £3m in Series A funding to expand robotics operations in construction.

Robotics firm Q-Bot has secured £3m in a Series A funding round to accelerate its commercial expansion. Wealth Club, EMV Capital and Foundamental backed the oversubscribed financing alongside existing supporters.

The capital will enable the business to scale its operations within the social housing sector and increase sales to private homeowners and international markets. The company combines artificial intelligence and robotics to offer non-disruptive underfloor insulation services.

Founders and executives noted that the fresh capital arrives as the firm seeks to broaden its technology portfolio and meet growing demand across the construction industry.
