Proventeq has secured a multi-million-pound investment from BGF to support its expansion in international markets and develop its intelligent information management offerings. The funding will back the digital transformation specialist as it capitalises on rising demand for artificial intelligence and compliance solutions. Guy Pope led the transaction from the investor side, alongside a broader deal team.
Alongside the capital injection, the business has appointed Tim Wallis as non-executive chair. Wallis brings extensive experience from his background in Microsoft partnerships to guide the firm through its next phase of development.
