Prevalent secures $22m from Integrity Growth Partners to expand its AI context engine beyond cybersecurity
Integrity Growth Partners led the $22m investment, marking the company's first external capital in nine years.
Prevalent develops an AI context engine and knowledge graph technology designed to manage complex security and enterprise data.
Prevalent has secured $22m in its first major external funding round from Integrity Growth Partners. The capital will be deployed to take the company's knowledge graph technology beyond cybersecurity into financial crime and broader enterprise applications.
Founded in 2017 by Paul Stokes and Arun Raj, the company spent nine years growing without external venture backing while working closely with large enterprise clients and intelligence agencies. Its sovereign knowledge graph gathers information from hundreds of internal systems to provide contextual data for human analysts and AI agents.
Integrity Growth Partners led the financing as demand rises for reliable enterprise data layers to support agentic AI. The funds will help support the company's expansion into new markets and business segments.
From the founder
"We believed it was possible that, if we raised money too early, we might have been raising it at the wrong time, since the market had not yet recognised what was required."

Co-founder and CEO at Prevalent
Investor perspective
"Paul, Arun and the team have created something rare — genuinely differentiated, AI-native technology which the most sophisticated enterprises around the world depend on — and at the same time have shown remarkable capital discipline. Since enterprise security stacks are becoming more complex and since agentic AI is increasing the importance of data quality and depth, the demand for Prevalent AI’s integrated, context-driven foundation will only become greater."
