PrecisionLife is a techbio company that uses artificial intelligence to drive drug discovery and clinical development for chronic diseases. The firm operates globally with a focus on patient data analytics and precision medicine.

PrecisionLife has secured the first close of its Series A funding round to advance its drug discovery pipeline and commercial partnerships. The ongoing financing will support the expansion of the firm combinatorial analytics platform and the launch of new indication extension solutions. The company also intends to use the capital to recruit specialist talent and progress partnered research projects in areas such as long COVID and ALS.

The investment arrives following a period of organisational growth that included ISO accreditation and the appointment of a new chairman. WG Partners is co-ordinating the transaction as the company transitions towards becoming an early-stage precision medicine therapeutics provider. A second close of the round is anticipated in the coming months.
