JPMorgan Chase and Eldridge join the investor group to extend the company's latest funding round.
PPRO provides local payments infrastructure and value-added services to help payment companies manage global transactions. The company is regulated in the UK by the FCA and in Luxembourg by the CSSF.
PPRO has secured £65.6m in a Series D follow-on investment round from JPMorgan Chase and Eldridge. This latest injection extends a previous $180m raise announced weeks earlier from backers including Eurazeo Growth, Sprints Capital, and Wellington Management, bringing the total round to $270m.
The company will use the capital to support its ongoing global expansion and enhance its local and alternative payment capabilities. PPRO has seen significant momentum amid the e-commerce surge, having doubled transaction volumes and expanded its global workforce significantly over the past year.
