PocketLaw operates a SaaS platform that enables businesses to handle legal tasks efficiently. The company was founded in 2018.
PocketLaw has raised €10m in Series A funding to expand its operations across Europe and scale its team. The round was led by Atomico, with participation from several prominent founders and operators, alongside existing backers including Kinnevik affiliates.
The company provides a software platform designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises handle contracts, legal discovery, and regulatory requirements without relying entirely on outside counsel. PocketLaw plans to use the fresh capital to accelerate its international growth and expand its workforce of legal and technical experts.
From the founder
"Using technology to build scalable, user-friendly tools is the only way companies will be able to maintain speed whilst keeping up with an increasingly complex regulatory landscape. We estimate that our customers save up to fourteen working weeks and up to $200,000 in legal fees a year by using our intuitive, tech-enabled solutions."
Kira Unger
CEO and co-founder at PocketLaw
Investor perspective
"This is the first time we have seen a tool really designed with the needs of business owners in mind, empowering them with access to everything they need in one place, in a world where most teams are still forced to buy multiple fragmented solutions, work in silos, or pay high legal fees to outside experts"
