Medical imaging company PneumaCare has secured £1m in a fresh funding round backed by Sud Investments, Torteval, and angel investors from Cambridge Capital Group and Cambridge Angels.
The Cambridge-based firm produces non-invasive respiratory diagnostic equipment, including its CE-marked Thora-3DI and PneumaScan systems used in clinical studies and healthcare assessments.
The fresh capital will be used to expand the company facilities at the St John's Innovation Centre in Cambridge to support higher production volumes, customer training facilities, and commercial growth across Europe and North America.
