PMC has secured a minority investment from BGF to support the expansion of its technology services and digital engineering capabilities. The funding will also be directed towards the company's Graphene Commerce Platform and the establishment of a new global centre of excellence in India.
Founded in 2001, PMC currently supports over 120 retail and commerce brands across 24 countries with a 500-strong team. The new capital aims to scale the workforce past 1,000 employees globally while maintaining its existing client support framework.
BGF led the investment transaction through its Reading team, with Duncan Wade and Harry Kernick joining the board. The partnership arrives as the company pursues an international growth strategy within the commerce technology sector.
