Plentific operates a cloud-based platform for property management that streamlines maintenance operations and connects landlords with service providers. The company serves major residential and commercial property owners across the UK, Germany, and the US.
London-based proptech company Plentific has secured £72.9m in a Series C funding round to accelerate its international expansion and product development. The investment was led by Highland Europe and Brookfield Technology Partners, with participation from Mubadala Investment Company, RXR Digital Ventures, A/O PropTech, and Target Global.
The fresh capital will be deployed to scale the company presence in the United States and enter new geographical markets. Additionally, Plentific plans to advance its engineering capabilities, integrating Internet of Things and artificial intelligence solutions into its platform to drive efficiency for property managers worldwide.
