Perkier Foods has secured £350k in a funding round backed by members of OION. The company, which sells plant-based snack bars and breakfast products through major supermarkets, will use the capital to expand its headcount, increase marketing efforts and launch its new Perkier Bites range.
The investment follows a pitch by Perkier Foods at the OION Showcase held at the London Stock Exchange in November.
