Patchworks raises £5m from Gresham House Ventures and Palatine Growth Credit to expand in North America and develop new platform features.
The funding round was led by Gresham House Ventures alongside growth lending from Palatine Growth Credit.
Patchworks provides an integration platform that connects modern retail systems to automate data flows and prevent operational silos. The company helps merchants link their ecommerce, warehouse, and finance software without lengthy implementation cycles.
Patchworks has secured £5m in a funding round led by Gresham House Ventures, with additional growth lending provided by Palatine Growth Credit. The capital will be deployed to accelerate expansion into North America, broaden sales and marketing efforts, and fund ongoing product development including artificial intelligence capabilities.
The financing follows a period of robust commercial performance for the integration platform, which reported annual recurring revenue growth exceeding 41 percent year-on-year. The company intends to use the backing to scale its partner-first model and meet rising demand for flexible commerce infrastructure among enterprise retailers.
