Patchworks has secured £3.3m in a Series A funding round led by Gresham House Ventures. The capital will be directed towards advancing product development and expanding sales and marketing operations. The transaction follows previous digital consumer investments by the backer into firms such as Scurri and RevLifter.
Founded in 2014, Patchworks connects essential retail systems such as shop fronts, warehouse management, ERP and CRM platforms. The injection of funds aims to support the enterprise as it scales its operations both domestically and internationally.
As part of the transaction, Gresham House investment director Rupesh Patel will join the board, while private equity operating partner Simon Drane is appointed non-executive chair.
