Patchwork Health has secured £3.5m in Series A follow-on funding to support its mission to address NHS staff burnout. The investment was backed by long-term partners Praetura Ventures and BMJ New Ventures. The company provides digital workforce solutions that enable flexible working and streamline shift coordination across NHS sites.
